Don Crosby is Founder/CEO of Global Behavior, Inc. where he oversees the Global Behavior Companies, including Global Behavior Education, Workforce Behavior professional services and Sound Behavior, LLC.
Don embodies more than nineteen years of consulting and training experience. During that time, Don has successfully assessed more than 20,000 people while working with small, medium and fortune 500 companies.
Don has established himself as an accomplished speaker and popular choice for organizations holding workshops, seminars, and retreats while consulting and training on the concepts of human behavior and “The Why We Do, What We Do”. Don’s passion for people can be heard first hand on his syndicated radio show, Sound Behavior on the Truth Talk Network. Motivated with a strong dedication to improving the caliber of ones understanding of their natural dynamics and impacting relationships, Don has the ability to help you and your organization get the best out of your most important asset…Your people.
Past experiences include a broad range of entrepreneurial skills creating, buying and turning around businesses. His travels have created a wealth of people-related accomplishments throughout the Mid-West, West Coast, East Coast, Alaska and Hawaii. His first book should be released by Winter of 2010 and is currently training, licensing and mentoring consultants, providing consultation with a selected client base and marketing his radio show to achieve national syndication. His life is shared with his bride Kathleen of 25 years and their cocker spaniel “Jerry”.
